Liwan Gulf Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Minimum of 6 years of experience within the UAE. Proven experience in the design of high-rise towers and commercial buildings. Expert in preparing Architectural Working Drawings, Detailed Design Drawings, and Construction Drawings. Strong experience in the development of Tender and IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings. Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi building regulations, codes, and authority requirements. Strong experience in architectural design development and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in relevant architectural design and drafting software.
