By accessing or using ADS4ME (uae.ads4me.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Arab Emirates to post or respond to ads on ADS4ME. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.

2. Posting Ads

You may post free classified ads in any of the available categories — cars, property, mobiles, electronics, furniture, jobs, services, pets and more — for legitimate buying and selling purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail in your ad including price, condition, location and photos.

3. Prohibited Content

Illegal goods or services under UAE law
Counterfeit, stolen or recalled items
Items that infringe trademarks or copyrights
Content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, harassing or hateful
Adult content, alcohol (except by licensed sellers), tobacco and weapons
Multi-level marketing, get-rich-quick, or pyramid scheme offers
Personal data of third parties posted without their consent

ADS4ME reserves the right to remove any ad and suspend any account without notice for violations.

4. Transactions Between Users

ADS4ME is a classifieds platform only — we do not buy, sell, ship, hold, escrow or guarantee any transaction. All deals are made directly between buyer and seller. Please read our Safety Tips before meeting any user in person.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Fees

Posting standard ads is and will always remain 100% free. Optional paid services (boost, featured listings) are clearly priced before you pay and processed securely via Stripe.

7. Intellectual Property

The ADS4ME name, logo, design and code are owned by ADS4ME. You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload but grant ADS4ME a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform for the duration of your listing.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ADS4ME is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ADS4ME and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update.
