Assistant Procurement

Location: Ajman, Sharjah (UAE) We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Procurement Manager to join our growing team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Electrical Engineering. Experience 2–5 years of relevant procurement experience. Minimum 1 year of UAE experience is required. Only candidates with relevant experience in electrical project procurement will be considered. Preferred Nationalities Filipino Pakistani Indian Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Filipino female candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement activities for electrical and MEP projects. Source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships. Handle procurement processes from RFQ to Purchase Order (PO) issuance and delivery. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material availability. Manage outsourcing and subcontractor procurement. Work effectively both on-site and in the office. Required Skills Strong knowledge of: Lighting Systems Fire Alarm Systems Low Voltage (LV) Systems Electrical Cables HVAC-related materials General electrical project materials and equipment Ability to prepare Purchase Orders (POs). Ability to read and interpret BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and electrical drawings. Strong vendor management, negotiation, and project coordination skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement software is an advantage.
