Assistant Teacher

Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation. Support students during lessons, activities, projects, and assessments. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Provide individual support to students who need additional assistance. Supervise students during breaks, lunch, arrival, dismissal, and school activities. Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, displays, and classroom resources. Assist with attendance records and basic classroom documentation. Encourage positive behavior and support classroom discipline. Communicate relevant student observations to the lead teacher. Assist with educational games, creative activities, and practical learning. Support students with basic personal and classroom needs where appropriate. Follow school safeguarding, health, safety, and child-protection procedures. Requirements High school diploma; a diploma/degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is an advantage. Previous experience working with children is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, responsibility, and a caring attitude. Ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents. Basic computer skills. Good English communication skills.
