Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Manage reservations, guest lists, and waiting lists efficiently. Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide necessary information. Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas. Monitor table availability and optimize seating arrangements. Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance the overall guest experience. Ensure compliance with company service standards and hospitality procedures. Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
