Import/Export Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Import/Export Coordinator to manage international shipping operations and ensure smooth trade and logistics processes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate import and export shipments from start to finish Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, BL, etc.) Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status Resolve shipment delays, issues, and documentation errors Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities Application Details: Email: [email protected]
