Junior Accountant

Record and maintain daily financial transactions. Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries. Handle basic Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks. Reconcile bank statements and accounting records. Monitor customer payments and outstanding receivables. Verify supplier invoices and payment documents. Maintain accurate financial files and documentation. Assist with monthly financial reports and account closing. Prepare basic financial statements and Excel reports. Assist with expense verification and reimbursement records. Support payroll-related accounting entries. Maintain accounting records using Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP software. Assist with UAE VAT records, calculations, and documentation. Assist with UAE Corporate Tax records and supporting documents. Support senior accountants during audits. Ensure transactions are recorded according to company accounting procedures. Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
