We are looking for a 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 / 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 with strong experience in 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝘁-𝗼𝘂𝘁 and 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀. This is a 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲. We need someone who can work independently and take full ownership. As our business grows, there will be an opportunity to build and lead a procurement team. 🔹 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 • Source and manage suppliers for interior fit-out and finishing materials in Dubai/UAE. • Strong knowledge of Dubai supplier markets and sourcing areas. • Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate and place orders. • Understand material availability, lead times, quality grades and UAE/Dubai standards. • Coordinate procurement, delivery and site requirements. • Develop and maintain a reliable supplier network. • Resolve supplier, quality and delivery issues. • Support cost control while maintaining required quality. 🔹 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 Strong experience in 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝘁-𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀, including: Gypsum & ceilings Flooring & tiles Stone & quartz Paints & wall finishes Doors & hardware Joinery & wood Glass & aluminium Sanitary ware Lighting FF&E 🔹 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 • Proven procurement experience in interior fit-out, decoration or construction materials. • Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE suppliers and material markets. • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. • Able to independently manage: 𝗥𝗙𝗤 → 𝗤𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 → 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → 𝗣𝗢 → 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝘂𝗽 • 𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 – Required • 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 – Strong advantage • Arabic / Hindi / Urdu – Advantage • 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗨𝗔𝗘 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 – Required • UAE/Dubai experience strongly preferred. ⚡ 𝗜𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁-𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱.
