MEPTEQ is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in the UAE. Position: Project Manager – MEP / Fit-Out Key Responsibilities: • Plan, manage, and execute MEP and fit-out projects from start to completion. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. • Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, and site activities. • Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timely completion. • Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project requirements. • Coordinate MEP works with architectural, civil, and other trades. • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and HSE standards. • Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports. • Manage inspections, testing & commissioning, snagging, and project handover. • Identify project risks and implement effective corrective actions. • Ensure projects are delivered within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
