Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to support customers evaluating specialized vehicles and related solutions. Based in Sharjah, this role combines technical product knowledge with consultative sales and customer relationship management in the UAE market. Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable specialized vehicle products and configurations. Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, technical information, and commercial offers. Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on opportunities, and maintain accurate sales pipeline records. Coordinate with suppliers, service teams, and internal colleagues to confirm specifications, availability, and delivery details. Build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts and develop new business. Monitor market activity and competitor offerings, sharing relevant customer and market insights with management. Support negotiations and ensure a professional handover of confirmed orders for fulfillment. The successful candidate will communicate technical information clearly, deliver attentive customer service, and work toward sales objectives while representing the company professionally. *What we’re looking for* Consultative selling and customer needs assessment, ideally involving vehicles, equipment, or technical products. Ability to explain product specifications, configurations, and technical benefits in clear, customer-friendly language. Experience preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations. Strong negotiation, objection-handling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Effective written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Organization and attention to detail for managing leads, sales records, and order information. Confidence coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal technical or operations teams. Working knowledge of common office tools and customer relationship management systems. Commercial awareness, initiative, and a results-focused approach to achieving sales targets. Education Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related discipline preferred. Candidates with relevant technical sales experience and demonstrated knowledge of vehicles or specialized equipment may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
