Coordinating housekeeping teams to maintain clean rooms, kitchens, washrooms, dining halls, and common areas. Monitoring catering services to ensure food quality, hygiene, meal schedules, and compliance with food safety regulations. Working closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and mechanical issues. Coordinating transportation schedules for employees travelling between camp and work locations. Maintaining accurate records of camp occupancy, employee movements, inventories, and service requests. Ensuring adequate inventory of furniture, bedding, cleaning materials, uniforms, and consumable supplies. Managing contractor activities and ensuring all outsourced services meet contractual obligations and service level agreements. Conducting routine inspections of accommodation facilities to identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions promptly. Coordinating municipality, client, and internal audits while ensuring readiness for inspections. Implementing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures throughout the camp, including fire safety, emergency evacuation drills, PPE compliance, and accident prevention. Promoting labour welfare by addressing employee concerns, maintaining comfortable living conditions, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations. Coordinating pest control, waste management, laundry services, water tank cleaning, and environmental hygiene programs. Preparing operational reports, maintenance logs, incident reports, inspection records, and monthly KPI reports for management. Building positive relationships with employees, contractors, government authorities, and company departments to ensure smooth camp operations.
