Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the school curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments. Teach and explain subject concepts clearly to students. Monitor students’ academic progress and provide appropriate support. Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain discipline. Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities. Maintain accurate student records and grades. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress when required. Work with other teachers and school staff to support students’ educational needs. Participate in school meetings, activities, events, and professional development. Follow school policies, curriculum requirements, safeguarding procedures, and UAE regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Education or the relevant subject. Recognized teaching qualification/license, depending on the school and emirate. Previous teaching experience preferred; requirements vary by school and curriculum. Good English communication and classroom-management skills.
