I am currently serving as a typist in a company in Sharjah, Aisha Typing office, where my responsibilities include: •Prepare and process all new and renewal visa applications under MOHRE and ICP guidelines. • Utilize GDRFA and ICP software systems efficiently to update and retrieve visa application data • Assist in managing medical typing tasks and process Emirates ID applications. • Maintain accurate records of PRO activities and visa tracking logs including TEHSEEL work. • Accurately type and prepare official documents, correspondence, and forms related to visa processing. • Maintain and update detailed records of visa applications, approvals, and expirations. • Type and format visa documents, forms, and correspondence with high accuracy and speed. • Coordinate with departments to gather necessary documents for visa application submissions.
