🚨 Urgent Hiring – Assistant Manager – Human Resources 📍 Location: Hyderabad, India 🏢 Department: Human Resources 💼 Experience: 6–12 Years 💰 CTC: ₹15–18 LPA 📋 Reporting To: Head – HR / Business Head 🎥 Interview: MS Teams + Mandatory Face-to-Face before LOI 🔹 Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR to manage HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, labour law, employee relations, HR analytics, MIS reporting, budgeting, and workforce cost forecasting across multiple locations in India. The role requires 40–60% travel to project sites, plants, warehouses, and regional offices. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end payroll across multiple locations • Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, Labour Welfare Fund and other statutory compliances • Manage attendance, leave, employee lifecycle, HRIS and HR documentation • Conduct HR and statutory compliance audits • Prepare HR MIS, dashboards and management reports • Analyze headcount, attrition, absenteeism, payroll costs and workforce trends • Prepare HR budgets, manpower cost forecasts and variance analysis • Support workforce planning and cost optimization • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations • Coordinate with site leadership and contractor workforce • Conduct periodic site HR and compliance audits • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes 🔹 Required Skills ✅ Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance ✅ Hands-on payroll and HR operations experience ✅ Expertise in PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA & Shops & Establishment compliance ✅ Strong HR analytics, MIS and dashboard reporting skills ✅ Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards & Data Analysis ✅ Proficiency in HRMS / Payroll Systems ✅ Strong budgeting, workforce planning and manpower cost forecasting skills ✅ Excellent MS Word & PowerPoint skills ✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management ✅ High attention to detail and compliance orientation ✅ Willingness to travel extensively across India 🔹 Qualification 🎓 MBA / PGDM in HR, Personnel Management or Industrial Relations preferred 🎓 Bachelor's Degree in any discipline 🔹 Preferred Industry Experience Candidates from the following sectors are preferred: 🏭 Steel Manufacturing ⚙️ Heavy Engineering 🏗️ EPC / Industrial Construction 🔩 Fabrication 🏭 Manufacturing 🛠️ Industrial Services Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar workforces across multiple locations will be an advantage. 📩 Share CVs: [email protected]
