🚨 Urgent Hiring – Assistant Operations Manager JAFZA, Dubai Position: Assistant Operations Manager – JAFZA Operations Location: JAFZA, Dubai Department: Operations Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000/month depending on experience and suitability Experience: 2–5 years Key Responsibilities Support manpower planning, workforce allocation, and resource utilization. Monitor workforce productivity and operational efficiency. Coordinate shift scheduling, attendance, and workforce deployment. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Develop dashboards and KPI reports for management. Coordinate between warehouse, production, logistics, procurement, and commercial teams. Monitor production, inventory, and dispatch plans. Track operational issues and ensure timely resolution. Monitor KPIs and support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support automation, digitalization, and ERP-related projects. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, company policies, and operational procedures. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's Degree in: Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Operations Management Supply Chain Management Business Administration Production Engineering Preferred Experience: Operations, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain. Experience in steel, metals, manufacturing, building materials, logistics, or distribution will be highly preferred. Experience with SAP / Dynamics 365 is an advantage. Strong MS Excel, data analysis, KPI reporting, and dashboard preparation skills. Strong leadership, coordination, planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
