🚨 URGENT HIRING – Data Governance & Data Quality Lead / Manager 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💰 Salary: AED 19,000 per month 📌 Experience Required: 14+ Years Key Responsibilities Data Governance Define and implement enterprise-wide Data Governance strategy, operating model, policies, standards, and procedures. Lead the Data Governance Council and stakeholder forums. Establish data ownership, stewardship, accountability, and governance processes. Develop and maintain business glossaries, metadata management, data catalogs, and data lineage frameworks. Drive governance maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and resolve data governance gaps and challenges. Design enterprise metadata models and governance KPIs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational data policies. Data Quality Define enterprise Data Quality frameworks, standards, controls, and monitoring processes. Establish DQ metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms. Define business rules and validation rules across key data quality dimensions: Completeness Accuracy Consistency Validity Uniqueness Timeliness Conduct data profiling and Critical Data Element (CDE) assessments. Drive root cause analysis, impact analysis, remediation, and prevention of data issues. Implement automated monitoring, alerts, and anomaly detection. Define data recovery and data reprocessing strategies. Work closely with Data Owners and Business Stewards to improve data quality outcomes. Stakeholder & Leadership Management Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders. Facilitate workshops for requirement gathering and Data Governance adoption. Present governance and data quality dashboards to executive leadership. Mentor Data Stewards, Data Analysts, and Governance teams. Lead offshore and onshore delivery teams and enterprise governance initiatives. Required Skills 14+ years of relevant experience in Data Governance and Data Quality programs. Strong expertise in metadata management, data cataloging, business glossary, and data lineage. Strong knowledge of Data Governance frameworks and enterprise data management operating models. Excellent SQL and data analysis skills. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
