🚨 URGENT HIRING – FIELD OPERATOR PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY 🇸🇦 📍 Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia 🏭 Industry: Petrochemical / PDH Plant 👷 Position: Field Operator 💰 Basic Salary: SAR 5,200 – 8,000/month (Depending on experience & technical knowledge) 🔧 JOB OBJECTIVE We are urgently looking for an experienced Field Operator to monitor, operate, and troubleshoot the plant from the field, ensuring safe and smooth operations while achieving production targets in a PDH Plant using UOP Oleflex or Lummus Catofin technology. 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitor plant operations and field parameters in coordination with the Boardman and Shift Supervisor. • Perform field activities during normal operation, start-up, shutdown, and emergency situations. • Operate and monitor fired heaters, compressors, blowers, fans, pumps, valves, dewatering equipment, and other plant equipment. • Identify and report abnormalities, equipment problems, and unsafe conditions. • Collect and send process samples to the laboratory according to schedule. • Prepare equipment for safe handover to and takeover from the Maintenance Department. • Perform atmospheric gas testing and comply with Permit-to-Work requirements. • Participate in emergency response activities, plant drills, and HSE programs. • Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the assigned plant area. • Monitor chemical stock levels and conduct physical inventory checks. • Perform field analysis, oil/grease equipment, cleaning, and routine operational activities. • Respond appropriately to accidental releases of hazardous liquids or gases. • Perform shift handover according to company procedures. • Support plant improvement initiatives and provide operational suggestions. • Coordinate with contract labor for assigned jobs. • Perform minor maintenance activities when required. • Work as Day Operator and Boardman according to departmental requirements. 🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE ✅ Technical Grade / Technical Diploma with relevant training ✅ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience ✅ Strong experience in PDH / Petrochemical Plants ✅ Experience with UOP Oleflex or Lummus Catofin technology is highly preferred ✅ Hands-on knowledge of field equipment and plant operations ✅ Strong understanding of HSE requirements in petrochemical plants ✅ Computer literate ✅ Ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively ✅ Good communication and teamwork skills ✅ Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours when required 🏭 PREFERRED PLANT EXPERIENCE Experience in assigned PDH plant areas such as: • Reactor & Heaters • CCR & NaHS • Compressors • Cold Box • Driers • Boilers • Fractionation • Combined/Integrated Plant Areas 📩 HOW TO APPLY Interested and qualified candidates should send their updated CV to: 📧 [email protected] Subject: Field Operator – Yanbu
