Proven ability to generate and retain broker revenue. Strong experience in both Medical and General Insurance lines. Exposure to Corporate, SME, and Retail Insurance portfolios. Strong client relationship management and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Professional appearance and strong customer-facing experience. 🔹 Preferred Experience Medical Insurance and General Insurance portfolio management. Corporate Health Insurance solutions. Employee Benefits and Group Medical Insurance. Commercial and General Insurance products. Experience with leading insurance brokers or insurance consulting firms. 🔹 Key Success Factors Strong existing client portfolio and revenue-generating capability. Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Relationship-driven sales approach. Strong knowledge of the UAE insurance market.
