Urgent Hiring – Insurance Sales Professionals (Medical & General Insurance) Location: UAE Salary: Up to AED 25,000 per month Experience: 10+ Years We are hiring experienced and results-driven Insurance Sales Professionals to join a leading insurance brokerage in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing insurance portfolio (Book of Business). Generate new business and maximize broker revenue. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate, SME, and retail clients. Promote Medical, General, and Commercial Insurance solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Deliver tailored insurance solutions based on clients' business requirements. Achieve individual sales and revenue targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance sales within the UAE. Proven track record of managing and growing a profitable Book of Business. Strong experience in Medical Insurance and General Insurance. Experience handling Corporate, SME, and Retail Insurance portfolios. Strong client relationship management and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Professional appearance with strong customer-facing experience.
