🚨 Urgent Hiring – Inventory Backend Operations Executive / Analyst 📍 Location: Hyderabad, India 🏢 Department: Supply Chain / Inventory Management 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 🎯 Experience: 2–5 Years 💰 Salary: ₹8–12 LPA 🔹 Job Summary We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Backend Operations Executive / Analyst with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA Macros, SQL, MIS Reporting, and Inventory Management Systems. Candidates with experience in the Retail Steel Industry will be highly preferred. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Monitor and maintain inventory records across multiple locations • Perform stock reconciliation, inventory tracking, and aging analysis • Analyze stock movement and replenishment requirements • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports • Develop and maintain MIS dashboards • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams • Use Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting • Develop VBA Macros to automate repetitive processes • Write SQL queries for data extraction and reporting • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation • Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions • Maintain inventory databases and ensure data integrity 🔹 Required Skills ✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas & Dashboards ✅ VBA Macros & Process Automation ✅ SQL Query Writing & Database Management ✅ Inventory Management Systems & Processes ✅ MIS Reporting & Data Analysis ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✅ Excellent attention to detail ✅ Good communication and coordination skills 🔹 Preferred Qualifications 🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications, or related fields.
