Urgent Hiring: MS Dynamics CRM Developers Resources (Bilingual) Experience – 8-10 Years Location: Dubai, UAE. Duration: 8 Months + Extendable Scope Area 1 — Project Delivery (Social Welfare Sector) Participate as embedded delivery-team members on projects within the social welfare sector, covering hands-on Dynamics 365 CE customization (entities, forms, business rules, plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows), integration build, UAT support, defect resolution, and go-live/ hypercare support, under the direction of the assigned project managers and solution architects. Scope Area 2 — Operational (BAU) Support of the CRM Platform on the SWP Provide day-to-day operational and application support for the CRM platform and applications deployed on the Social Welfare Platform (SWP), including incident diagnosis and resolution, minor enhancements and change requests, environment/configuration support, data corrections, performance-monitoring support, and coordination IT operations and infrastructure teams to maintain agreed service levels. Scope Area 3 — AI Use Cases Participate in the delivery of a project introducing AI use cases including supporting the integration of AI/ML-enabled services (e.g., Copilot Studio, Azure AI/Cognitive Services, or equivalent) with the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, data preparation and pipeline support, and testing/validation of AI-driven features within the CRM environment. Required Technical Skills & Experience: Minimum eight (8) years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development and solutioning across the full development lifecycle, including customization, configuration, and plugin/workflow development in C#/.NET. Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Dataverse. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM via REST/OData APIs and SOAP web services, and with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, APIM, App Services) for hybrid on premises/cloud scenarios. Experience with data migration between legacy and Dynamics 365 environments, and familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, source control, and work-item tracking. Prior experience on government or public-sector CRM/case-management implementations is preferred, ideally within the GCC. Working knowledge of SQL Server, reporting/integration tooling (SSRS/SSIS), and SharePoint-based collaboration platforms is an advantage. Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, MB 400, MB-600, MB-700, or equivalent). Fluent in Arabic and English. Candidates based within the UAE are preferred.
