Main Duties: Clean molds and prepare fiberglass (Biax) or carbon fiber materials. Cut PVC boards and other plastic materials according to production drawings and place them into molds. Apply resin using rollers and perform resin coating. Print and prepare molds and production pieces. Assemble, sand, grind, and polish finished products using specialized machines. Requirements: Previous experience in resin, fiberglass, composite materials, boat/yacht manufacturing, or similar production work is preferred. Experience with any of the listed production processes is an advantage. Couples are welcome to apply, where suitable for production requirements.
