🚨 Urgent Hiring – Sales / Business Coordinaton 📍 Location: Kolkata, India 💼 Department: Sales / Business Development 🎯 Experience: 5+ Years 💰 Salary: ₹7–10 LPA 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or B.Tech 🔹 Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Coordinator to support the Sales and Business Development team with client coordination, sales reporting, dashboards, documentation, and day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Power BI, Advanced Excel, sales MIS, client communication, and coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Coordinate daily sales and business development activities • Manage client communication, follow-ups, and customer coordination • Prepare and maintain sales MIS, trackers, reports, and presentations • Create and manage Power BI and Excel dashboards for sales analysis • Assist with quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices • Track orders, deliveries, payments, and customer documentation • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM / ERP systems • Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, and Logistics teams • Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team • Support lead management and business development activities • Ensure timely resolution of customer and internal queries 🔹 Required Skills ✅ Strong communication and coordination skills ✅ Excellent Power BI & Excel dashboard experience ✅ Strong analytical and reporting abilities ✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication ✅ Good understanding of sales processes and documentation ✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills ✅ Ability to multitask and work under deadlines ✅ Customer-focused and detail-oriented 🔹 Experience & Preferred Profile • 5+ years in Sales Coordination, Business Support, or similar roles • Experience working closely with sales teams and clients • Construction or Manufacturing industry experience preferred • B2B sales coordination experience preferred • Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 📩 Share CVs: [email protected]
